Testing Center Introduction

STD Transportation Equipment Testing Center is a comprehensive laboratory, specialized in the test of railway vehicle seats and components.

The testing center was established in August 2008, it’s built and operated under ISO/IEC 17025, takes fair, accurate, scientific and efficient as guideline. The testing center accumulated a wealth of experience in railway vehicle seat performance testing and research. The testing center specializes in precision measurement, strength, static load, fatigue, vibration, impact, flame retardant, environmental reliability test, etc.

The testing center covers an area of 2000 square meters, is equipped 25 various test machines, including seat flexible test system, seat strength endurance testing machine, three coordinates, high frequency vibration table, oxygen index tester, salt spray test chamber, large combustion box, high and low temperature alternating hot and humid test chamber and other professional test equipment. The center has several senior test engineers, provides customers with test service in line with international standards, national standards, industry standard or according to customers special requirements.
